Salary

Salary Range: Up to $60,000 annualized, commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.

Hours per Week

Exempt Position: 40 hours per week.

Essential Functions

Serves as key departmental resource for analysis of business policies and processes, and development and implementation of key departmental initiatives. Serves as project manager for major departmental or University-wide projects.
  1. Reviews and documents departmental policies, processes and workflows. Recommends process improvements and coordinates approval and implementation process.
  2. On a regular basis, reviews and updates departmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
  3. Assists policy owners and other stakeholders in assessing policy needs.
  4. Coordinates policy review for assigned area. May draft policy revisions based on changes in laws, rules or guidelines.
  5. Maintains and updates records of all departmental policies.
  6. Develops, implements and supports business processes and tools.
  7. Based on short and long-term organization goals, develops and/or revises appropriate performance metrics. Ensures goals and metrics are fully communicated to relevant parties.
  8. Recommends alternatives to address problems.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Three years of professional experience to include process review, policy development and research identification and development of performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated independent decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


Working Conditions

This position will be primarily located:

Hybrid-Occasionally: Primarily works remotely, but may work on campus on an infrequent basis (approximately four days or less per month). Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility. Applicants must be adaptable and open to working in both environments.
