Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

• Perform duties associated with painting to include mixing and matching paint, prepare and test panels, and monitoring of painting operations.
• Ensure quality paint repairs through prepping, blending formulas, topcoat application, and curing.
• Identify cause and correct any deficiencies that may occur to during the paint process to include blistering and streaking.
• Meet our OE and I-CAR standards.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g. air sprayers, sanders, etc.)
• Follow protocols provided for repairs.
• Prep vehicles for painting as necessary.
• Strong, consistent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability communicate.
• Positive, can-do attitude with the desire to work in a team setting.
• Comply with all JHCC safety rules, guidelines and standards.
