    T-Ball League Schedule - SUMMER

    Wages: $15.84

    Primary Objective of Positions:
    Ensure a safe and fun environment for students, staff, parents, and spectators participating in a youth t-ball league for children ages 3-5.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Set up site and equipment for games; replace at the end of the day.
    • Assist, supervise and help train volunteer coaches; offer coaching support as needed.
    • Maintain game schedule. Assist coaches in keeping games fun, safe, and under control.
    • Greet coaches, players, and parents before play begins; review game rules with coaches; welcome spectators, introduce teams, and announce games.
    • Maintain equipment.
    • Maintain First Aid Kit and issue items when needed.
    • Monitor fields and rest rooms for safety and appropriate use; be visible and accessible to users at all times; enforce District policies.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism.

    Job Qualifications:
    • Evidence of successful experience in working with young children.
    • Evidence of successful experience in program leadership
    • Evidence of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Evidence of ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Certified in First Aid and CPR.
