We are seeking a consultative problem-solver to drive our Service Line Sales within our Life Sciences business.

We are looking for a key leader with deep expertise in technology solutions in the life sciences sector, who will be tasked with identifying and qualifying opportunities, and thereby driving revenue growth in this space.

You should have some consulting experience, market leadership, relationship management, sales quota attainment, and excellence in achieving both annual revenue and profitability targets.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts for revenue growth, new business identification and conversion, establish and lead relationship with client stakeholders, and run financial and demand forecasts for your portfolio. You will be in a true P&L role - responsible for revenue and total contract value growth in data and analytics.

You will be responsible for the following:

In the areas of Digital Experience and Digital Engineering, responsible for driving revenues and bookings for key target client (s) through our solution offerings, digital capabilities and client vision and goal alignment. Individual will identify partners and establish effective governance with the clients, leadership and alliance person - in order to increase the size of revenue and bookings. You will be the single point of contact for the client's Digital Experience and Digital engineering needs to maintain and grow business size.

Additional responsibilities include:



  • Facilitate cross-client and cross-Service Line collaboration across sales, pre-sales, delivery, clients and the business.
  • Validate sales methodology of various pursuits and ensure alignment and aggregation of key practices and offerings
  • Provide thought leadership within the Digital Engineering and experiences subject area
  • Analyze and relentlessly focus on value delivery and encourage improved business outcomes
  • Bring together multiple solution components across our internal practices and service lines
  • Understand, initiate and or facilitate scope / changes to SOW, supporting the individual Project/Program Manager(s) as required
  • Ensure a strong understanding of the Client's needs; use opportunities to understand and provide inputs / direction on their IT / Business roadmap to provide focus and visibility in to the CXO charters
  • Share consultative feedback with the Client Partner/ Engagement Director in terms of client's focus areas



Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, strategy, stakeholder management, project / program delivery within digital transformations
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Solid experience in a business growth / sales role in data management, analytics, AI and Machine Learning
  • Experience with data migration, data management, governance analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge in enterprise data management architecture and principles, master data management, data governance and data quality
  • Knowledge in data modernization, Cloud data migration and digital transformation
  • Broad program management experience - ability to navigate Heritage, Hybrid and Agile methodologies
  • Digital services consulting firm or digital agency experience
  • Knowledge of digital ecosystem and digital skills in Life Sciences
  • Significant experience leading sophisticated transformations or programs that span functions, departments, and enterprises.
  • Effective Communication and Partner Management - emotional intelligence, empathy and strong social, communications, and engaging presentation skills
  • Structured Thinking and Presentation - comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to provide structure and frame thinking logically and effectively.
  • Proven leadership of teams and business priorities through building relationships, listening, consulting and influencing outcomes for client value
  • Articulate sophisticated information and business insights into meaningful outcomes
  • Consultative, entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive
