Product Owner - Machine Learning Software Engineer

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible and lead the Machine Learning team to improve our customer experience. You'll be handling technical challenges and managing a small group. You'll be accountable for delivering the feature(s)/products on time with high quality, defining roadmaps, Streamlining the process, managing agile development methodology, Scrum, and on-call support for internal and external customers. You'll be working on analyzing various network events, logs, and other data sources to generate presentable models, inference, and added value services to new and existing customers. You'll be involved in architecting next-generation ML-based traffic steering. You'll provide an innovative and optimized solution for operations using ML modeling. Your daily tasks include managing a team, defining a roadmap, handling Scrum, task follow-ups, status, hands-on developing ML models, designing new features, dashboarding, and working with other peers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development and machine learning.
• 5+ years of leading a team size of 5-10.
• Previous product owner experience, managing Scrum and high technical caliber.
• Solid fundamentals and development experience in any of the following: Golang, Python, R, Ansible, C.
• Excellent communication, ability to learn quickly, adaptability to challenges and ambiguity, enjoy problem-solving
• Experience with ML frameworks like Keras, PyTorch and ML libraries like SciKit and NLP.
• Experience with ML Models like LSTM, KNN, Random Forest, SVM, BERT(RoBERTa), etc.
• Deep knowledge of data structure, data modeling, and Software Architecture.
• Perform statistical analysis and optimize the existing infrastructure.
• Extend existing ML frameworks and libraries.
• Design ML system and modeling.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Experience researching and implementing appropriate ML models for customer needs.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coaching/mentoring other team members.

• Master's degree is preferred
• Network domain knowledge.
• Proven track record of successful ML design and implementation.
