Technical Contractor, Psychology

This position will be employed through Headway Consulting Firm, working remotely throughout the US, excluding Colorado.

Macmillan Learning is looking for contractors who have strong technical and programming skills specifically in educational technology. We are looking for candidates who are willing to work in and learn assessment and immersive learning authoring systems as well as those who are willing to attend to our JIRA ticketing system. Attention to detail, reliability, strong quality control, and ability to learn and turn around projects fast is a must.

Major Responsibilities:

• Uploading files into different formats and digital tools

and/or

• Development and/or editing of content in our assessment tools, immersive learning activities, and/or courseware platform

and/or

• Attending to our ticketing system and making technical corrections when necessary

Required Skills / Knowledge:

• Experience in educational technology and courseware
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn new products and technology

Preferred Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

• Experience with Macmillan Learning digital products
• Strong knowledge and use of Articulate 360
• Strong knowledge and use of JIRA

Location: Remote

Hours: Minimum 10 hours/week as needed
