Solutions Architect, Senior The Opportunity: Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking dynamic Solution Architects as leaders for the company, who are passionate about designing and aid development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions to cater the dynamically changing technology landscape of ours as well as our customers. As a Solution Architect Lead, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within the company. You'll partner with our engineering and architecture team and business partners to lead the solution architecture design and delivery of strategic business projects. We'll look to implement and manage solution architecture governance processes and tools, while maintaining a key focus on design pattern and technology standard optimization and implementation. Further, you'll explore and guide teams to incorporate open-source technological solutions, as you champion and promote Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices, and the incorporation of broader technically innovative solutions across the enterprise. To be successful as a solutions architect, you should listen to customers' feedback and implement strategies to continuously improve the solution. A top-notch solutions architect should understand how all parts of the business model works together to design a solution that best fits the environment. In this role, you will be expected to design and lead development of flexible, adaptable, modular, and reusable business solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and the IT development team that aligns with Booz Allen Hamilton Enterprise Architecture standards.You will partner with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment of program deliverables to defined solutions. You will review high-level designs with senior leadership, technical leads, and developers. You'll be responsible for managing code reviews, creating and enforcing best practices, debugging critical issues, and conducting performance tests to deliver efficient and fault tolerant applications. Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.
