Senior Analyst

As Senior Analyst, you will use your skills and experience to manage a team of junior and mid-level analysts in the processing of firearms background checks for the FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check (NICS) program.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Senior Expert and on-site lead with extensive knowledge and experience developing and applying analytic methodologies and principles.
• Lead the application of analytic techniques and helps define project objectives and strategic direction.
• Responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams.
• Resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of analytic methodologies and principles.
• Account for time and attendance for a team of up to 25 junior and mid-level analysts.
• Conduct audits on work performed by team.
• Conduct performance appraisals.
• Work with and support team members on their personal performance and quality of work as needed.
• Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and other artifacts.
• Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Serve as the primary on site interface with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Top Secret Security Clearance
• 5 years' work experience to include 2 years' experience processing federal firearms checks for the FBI NICS program.
• Demonstrated high quality and production averages in processing federal firearms checks.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
