If end date is listed, the posting will come down at 12:00 am on that date: The Supervisor, Data Analytics, serves a key leadership role within the organization's Market and Enterprise Risk Management function. This role is responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the on-time and accurate delivery of annual budget forecasts and on-going explanation of sales for Ameren Missouri and Ameren Illinois gas & electric volumes. This role is also responsible for the delivery of load research, weather normalization, and volume forecasting to support regulatory filings such as rate reviews and integrated resource planning. This position requires direct interaction with senior executives and directors to ensure all factors influencing load are accurately defined and represented in all deliverables. Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, mathematics, statistics, analytics, finance or economics) required. Advanced degree in a technical discipline such as finance/economics or business management preferred. Five or more years progressively responsible work experience, including prioritizing and managing data analytics projects to a successful conclusion (required). Two or more years of supervisory or team/project leadership required. Candidates with experience working in technical disciplines in the utilities industry preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree a minimum of 8 years of prioritizing and managing data analytics projects to a successful conclusion (required). Five or more years of supervisory or team/project leadership required. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: A high degree of business and analytics acumen. The successful candidate must be familiar with finance/economics, regulations, technical marketing and research methodologies, descriptive statistics, predictive modeling and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Additional Information Ameren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process.
