Senior Associate, Lead Web Producer

KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Web Producer to join our Digital & Creative team in our Marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide web production support to KPMG US marketing team, including building and maintaining stakeholder web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management Solution (CMS) components and templates
  • Author web pages in AEM, leveraging best practices for User Experience and optimal page layout while adhering to our Brand guidelines
  • Assess incoming requests and triage to the authors based on their bandwidth. Interface with AEM authors (onshore and offshore) to monitor status of in-progress projects. Ensure efficient prioritization of tickets, oversight/management of timely completion, and handling of escalations from the team in close collaboration with the website manager
  • Assess opportunities for ongoing process improvements by documenting any new/improved components, processes and workflows; evaluate the need for creation of new templates/components or if modifications to existing assets may improve our website
  • Develop robust QA processes and ensure that they are adhered to on an ongoing basis and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage outcomes; work with functional stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend Web UX best practices and offer creative solutions
  • Adhere to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and web accessibility guidelines (ADA and WCAG Compliance)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of combined recent experience leading content authors/web production teams
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Deep understanding of AEM and other digital platforms
  • Advanced HTML/CSS and Basic JavaScript and knowledge of JavaScript libraries/extensions preferred
  • Experience with ticket-based, time-logging and collaboration software for managing a steady stream of incoming work; experience collaborating with large teams using outstanding communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat pro is a plus
