Positions work with technical staff to integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces to form a system. Positions address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Enterprise Architecture work involves developing high-level frameworks that align an organization's information technology (IT) infrastructure with business processes/data to improve the efficiency and productivity of business operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Mapping the relationships between information systems components (i.e., end-users, business processes, applications, data, information technology (IT) platform hardware/software, and networks) Identifying critical interactions and dependencies across multiple systems and platforms Evaluate the total cost of ownership and return on investment of various architectural alternatives. A Specialist Professional (P4) is a recognized subject matter expert in a job area, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: Managing large projects or processes with little management oversight Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex. Preffered Experience 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain and/or Merchandising technology is required. Experience in foodservice, distribution, or retail is a plus. This role will be more focused on business capability architecture and strategy development. Ideally, the candidate will have experience with some or all of the following: has defined, structured, and executed operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing actionable recommendations. has assisted in the creation of business architecture visuals such as: value stream maps, business capability maps, organizational graphs, and business strategy framework diagrams. has captured, visually, end-to-end flows aimed at delivering value to a stakeholder. has participated in capability assessments and the creation of a capability strategy within a department. has proven the ability to think about business processes outside of a technology context. has led critical analysis on a project basis to help businesses achieve strategic objectives. has conducted research to ensure strategy recommendations are grounded in a holistic understanding of the consumers' decision journey, market trends, and competitive landscape. Minimum Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
