Job ID: R30316 Workday Solutions Consultant (Hybrid) (Open) Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Compensation Minimum:$68,200 Annual Compensation Maximum:$144,500 Annual Summary: We are hiring for 3 total individuals to join our HR (Enterprise People Service) Technical team, specifically supporting Workday. 2 of the roles will be at an Advisor level - work with customers (in Enterprise People Services) and consult on Workday needs. 1 of the roles will be at a Systems Specialist level - executing Workday changes in the system. Candidates would ideally have the following experience/knowledge: o Workday configuration o User experience and design o Agile experience o Software standards o Cloud services o System management o Analytical skills o Security architecture o ISO - standards o SOX testing o Workday Pro certification / accreditation Business Analyst Advisors will provide the business with context of current capabilities and rationale for future efforts through data driven and holistic analysis of business value as it aligns to strategic goals. Provides cross functional expertise to guide business stakeholders in the creation of business strategies, scoping of projects, and creation of business rules and requirements. Consults on solution feasibility by outlining cultural, technical, operational, implementation and/or governance barriers for emerging opportunities and organizational readiness challenges. Applies a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise via process/integrated models, value chains, and other documentation.
