Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a supply chain risk lead, that will help to develop and oversee a supply chain security management program. As a lead and subject matter expert you will work in a cross functional team to form policy/procedure and advise program and customer teams on supply chain risk management best practices, regulatory requirements, and known threats. The selected candidate will also support the development of assessment strategies, tools and approaches to identify, assess and manage supply chain risk and resiliency challenges as well as support the development of procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

    Fully utilize established System Security Engineering (SSE) processes to perform Supply Chain Security (SCS) activities for contracting, acquisition, logistics, sustainment and decommissioning operations, as well as sustainment throughout system lifecycles. These include, but are not limited to the policy, process, planning, monitoring, vendor selection and execution of packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T).
  1. Develop, analyze, present and use collected SCS metrics and risk scorecards to proactively inform program and policy decisions.
  2. Develop and implement appropriate controls into SCS practice and systems that evaluate SCS regulatory compliance, identify and counter potential threats and vulnerabilities to mission critical components and support initial and recurring security assessments at Draper and program suppliers.
  3. Perform SCS-related program and system vulnerability and risk analysis. Receive and analyze SSE-relevant intelligence to inform decisions and outcomes related to SCS.
  4. Develop SCS awareness training material including online training modules and be willing to conduct in person training, employee outreach and handout material.
  5. Develop record keeping system that maintains all SCS products, reports, and deliverables in their appropriately classified, consolidated, and organized repositories.
  6. Update, operate, and maintain various program approved vendor lists.
  7. Collaborate with related Department of Defense government partners and other Communities of Interest (CoI) to enhance and leverage common processes and information across organizations.
  8. Assist in development of program strategies to properly transfer and protect corporate intellectual property (IP) and program Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) within the supply chain


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Experienced communicator (written, verbal, presentation) across all levels of the organization
  • Project Management with experience working with and managing cross-functional teams

Experience:

  • 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of Government Contracting Cybersecurity Requirements (FAR/DFARS/NIST/CMMC)
  • Supply Chain experience to include experience with USG Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)

    Security Requirement:

    • Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
    • Secret Clearance required
    • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation. U.S. citizenship is required, no dual citizenship.
