With the power to apply artificial intelligence and data science to business decisions via enterprise data management solutions, we help leading companies prototype, refine, validate and scale the most desirable products and delivery models to enterprise scale within weeks *You must be legally authorized to work in United States/Canadawithout the need of employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Job Title: BI Architect with Tableau (Remote) Evaluate tools & Visualization system using guiding principles Evaluate current processes, data, tools, challenges & risks Perform Gap Analysis Develop the blueprint of proposed BI and ETL tool systems with rationalization & modernization as key aspects Consensus building and finalization Arrive at BI and ETL application specific milestones in implementation roadmap Recommend short term/long term approach (if required. Experience13 to15 yrs. Required Technical Skills- Tableau Domain Skills. Nice to have Technical Skills- Portfolio & Project mgmt. (PPM) Plainview PPM, SAP Business Objects Domain Skills- Technology Information Delivery. Understand and capture key technical objectives of implemented tools Conduct interviews & workshops with key stake holders for technical implementation, process, adoption of , strategy & roadmap for Analyst functionality Work closely with other COE and Delivery teams to understand the tools functionalities Assess AI/ML adoption and tools available Present comparative study of tools, IT applicability for Guardian Provide recommendation for list of tools to be retained and rationalized. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - 140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
