We are currently seeking a Java Microservices Senior Developer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

We are currently seeking a Java Microservices Senior Developer to join our team in Charlotte (NC) United States.Temporary "Remote" available.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Design, develop and implement highly complex Microservices using Java programming language on one or more diverse platforms
• Adhere to and drive modern software engineering, Agile and DevOps practices
• Closely partner with projects, Business Analysts and Developers on design, development, integration, testing and support of reliable and reusable Java software solutions

Basic, Required Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of Java experience
• Minimum five years of RESTful web services experience
• Minimum five years of Spring framework experience

Other Desired Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree (or higher)

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot framework, a good understanding of REST API principles and best practices
• Proficient with CI/CD practices and production deployment
• Experience in SQL, No SQL databases
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services
• Experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams
• Experience in implementing test driven (TDD) and behavior driven development(BDD)
