Job Overview:

This position will assist the Manager, Business Services in the monthly ERP invoice process including posting and review of client invoicing. This role is primarily work from home. There will be a requirement to commute to the South Bend office twice a month.

Duties and Responsibilities:




  • This position will assist the Manager, Business Services in the monthly invoice process including posting and review of client invoicing. This individual will be assigned multiple clients based on their given region.



  • Review of contracts that are ready to be opened and billed.



  • Process monthly cancellations and issue necessary credits.



  • Perform maintenance on client accounts to realign services, change billing cycles and adjust current or future pricing.



  • Maintain a strong working relationship with clients both external and internal directly and in close coordination with various internal departments to ensure that billing information is correct.



  • Having a high level of attention to detail to prevent and/or resolve existing billing issues timely and accurately.





Qualifications:




  • The successful candidate will have knowledge of project-based billing and dispute resolution practices.



  • He/She will have excellent phone and written communication skills, have effective problem-solving skills and be able to interact in a team environment.



  • This person must also be able to work independently, prioritize their work load and meet deadlines.



  • This person will be thorough, efficient, accurate and meticulous with their work.



  • Able to commute to South Bend, IN office twice a month.





Education:




  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area is required with 3-5 years of project based billing/dispute resolution experience.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $54,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
