The Lakes Region's Premier Aerospace Manufacturing Company is looking for:

Assembler - Teflon (Full Time - First & Second Shift Opportunities Available)

Occupational Summary:

The primary responsibilities of a Teflon Assembler is to perform various assembly, cutting, heating and related duties to prepare and apply Teflon lining material to fabricated parts.

Essential Functions:



  • Working from prints, process sheets, and/or written and verbal instructions, assemble Teflon lining material to parts based on established procedures.
  • Work with Teflon lining material, gauge blocks, hydraulic press, air press, automatic adhesive machine, adhesives, baking ovens and trimming tools, as well as other related equipment and materials.
  • Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations and conform to OSHA regulations.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as necessary to maintain area in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Perform other duties as directed or required.


Requirements:

Education:



  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.


Experience:



  • No prior experience is required.


Job Skills/Abilities:



  • Successful candidates must be detail oriented and have good manual dexterity and flexibility.
  • Our positions require quality conscious candidates who are detail oriented and have a solid work history.


Other Requirements:



  • Must be able to be flexible and respond to the changing needs of the organization.
  • All positions require successful completion of a pre-hire drug screen and background check.


Shift:

1st shift hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

2nd shift hours are 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm

Note: Physical job requirements may include:

The ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
