You'll bring data subject matter expertise to the IAM team to help with understanding & managing data acquired from customers to use for generating new IAM insights.

Partner with the best

As IAM Reliability Engineer Data Lead, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the definition and roadmap for data products, working closely with developers to make your data product vision a reality
• Defining data quality, contextualization standards to ensure clean and meaningful data is consumable
• Monitoring data health, product consumption and dependencies to other consumers ensuring that data is delivered in a timely and reliable manner
• Aiding in customer (data) onboarding through establishing data mapping and tagging expertise
• Acting as the data innovator - providing ideas and opportunities for product teams to generate new value and insights through data
• Partnering with development teams to produce and maintain data products
• Collaborating with customers, internal BH stakeholders & experts to identify best practices and new ways of managing data sets
• Engaging with data consumers to anticipate and understand data needs for BH services

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a STEM background
• Have relevant work experience in a reliability engineering capacity - assessing and planning how to improve asset reliability
• Demonstrate deep mechanical design and process manufacturing expertise
• Have experience working with or for oil and gas companies / familiarity with the industry
• Have a passion for data excellence while envisioning the art of what's possible
