Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Thoroughly inspect product online.
* Prepares finished product for shipment by loading product onto trays, skids.
* Must be able to focus on the task at hand and pay attention to details.
* Must be able to rotate jobs and learn more than one task of the assembly process.
* Be able to work as a team that can handle deadline-influenced projects, repetitive work
and long periods of standing, walking, bending.
* Follows good manufacturing procedures.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Assembly Line Worker/Packer Skills and Qualifications: Organization, Excellent Vision,
Coordination, Dealing with Complexity,
Education and Work Experience Requirements
* High school graduate or General Education Degree preferred.
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment.
* Experience in a high-volume industrial manufacturing environment.
* Maintain punctual and regular attendance
* Ability and knowledge to safely operate forklifts, power tools and hand tools.
Detail Oriented, Time Management, Safety Oriented, Standing/walking, Exposure to loud noise.
Physical Requirements
* Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to 12 hours per day
* Will lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
* Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
* 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, is required
* Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
* May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis
* May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
* Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to steel
toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm
guards)
