The Associates Program: As a talent pipeline for future leaders of the business, the Associates Program provides the opportunity to explore and hone skills throughout an 18-month rotational program. Associates are placed in three 6-month rotations lasting from September 2023 until February 2025. Rotation opportunities can include a variety of expert groups offered at Ogilvy, including but not limited to (subject to change and dependent on location):
