We are looking to add a Member Liaison and Training Specialist to our Heartland team. The Member Liaison and Training Specialist conducts and supports Primary Health Centers (PHC) on all elements of the electronic health and dental records and associated tools with a focus on training. The candidate in this role will manage the learning and professional development for users of the Next Gen Electronic Health Record System. They will also impart the understanding, practical skills and motivation to use the system and deliver training sessions to the staff and super users at PHCs.

This is a full-time, remote position. This position does require being an NE/ IA resident. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, although some evenings and weekends may be required as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR a minimum of 2 years equivalent work experience.

- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and administration required

- Previous experience with NextGen EHR system.

- Ability to work some nights and weekends required.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
