Camp Counselor for summer STEM Camps. The Counselor will guide students through their day and assist professors in the classroom. #LI- DNI

Middle School Program: The Summer Science Institute is for middle school students (incoming 6th, 7th, 8th grade). The students will engage in hands-on activities in the STEM field such as Solar Energy, Robotic Controls and Sensing, Design Thinking, Rocket Science, Chemistry, Meteorology, Microbiology, Genetics, Water Environment and Sustainability and Lean Thinking. There are four sessions, each session is two weeks. This position will guide students through their day. The counselors will pick students up at their drop off point and escort the students to their various activities. The counselors will also assist the professors in the classroom.

Summer Science Institute: This program provides a summer program for high school seniors (entering 12th grade), community college students, and MSU Denver undeclared majors interested in STEM. This is a three-week full-day program of learning STEM through a research-based projects, exploring university resources, and engaging in the hidden curriculum through activities. The counselor will assist the students in their classes and research projects.
