Senior Video Teller (Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred)

As a Senior Video Teller, you will be a part of providing our members with a unique experience as they conduct banking needs! You will work from our corporate office in Gurnee, while members at our branch locations interact with you through our high-tech Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). Our ITMs are similar to an ATM, but with video capabilities built in!

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments via ITM, mail payments, title releases. You'll be an important person to safeguard their information and accounts by carefully verifying member identity/signatures. At this senior level you will handle higher limit and more complex transactions.
• Proactively educating members about CCU products and services, while encouraging and advocating the use of CCU's technology.
• Assisting management with onboarding of new hires and training.
• Troubleshooting and answering complex questions for other team members as well as taking the lead for member escalations.
• Performing account maintenance activities such as address changes, stop payments, statement/check copy requests, check orders, and account closures, and so much more!

Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
• 2+ years' experience in Customer Service, Retail or Related
• 1+ years' experience in a Financial Institution - Highly preferred!
• Outstanding interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• High proficiency in computer systems/software applications
• Location: onsite in Gurnee, IL (moving to our new Lake Forest building in 2024)
• Flexibility to work 40+ hours/week between the following hours:




• Monday - Thursday: 7:45am - 6:15pm; Friday: 7:45am - 7:15pm; and Regular Saturdays: 7:45am - 2:15pm
• When scheduled on Saturday you will get a day off during the week!
• Minimal overtime expected
