Position Summary A Distinguished Data Architect provides breath and depth as technical experts across multiple Architectural areas such as Application Service, Data, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and AI/ML. A Distinguished Data Architect will have deep expertise in both Architecture and Engineering disciplines to ensure that strategy and tactics align. Distinguished Data Architect II are thought leaders that help accelerate adoption of Engineering and Architecture best practices, while maintaining knowledge on industry innovation, trends, and practices. They collaborate on the toughest issues to deliver on business needs that directly impact the lives of our customers and associates. They are role models and mentors, helping to coach and strengthen the technical expertise and know-how of our Engineering and Product communities. They establish themselves as a go-to resource on given technologies and technology-enabled capabilities. Position Description A Distinguished Data Architect will be an expert in Enterprise, Solution, and Application/Technicaldata architecture with a strong understanding of Enterprise techIT and bBusiness aAlignment, Enterprise standards and practices, solution design for cloud and distributed applications as well as a strong understanding of application design practices, principles, and patterns. Distinguished Data Architects are deep technical experts and thought leaders that help accelerate the adoption of engineering and architecture best practices while maintaining knowledge on industry innovations, trends, and practices. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations. |
