AHEAD is seeking a FinancialForce Accounting System Administrator to join our internal IT Business Solutions Team. This position contributes to the successful delivery of our record to report and order to cash solutions.
As a member of our Business Solutions team, this role is a key player and is someone with deep knowledge of FinancialForce products, with focus to Billing Central and Accounting. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, solutioning, building and supporting capabilities through the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure FinancialForce/Salesforce solutions with a focus to FinancialForce Accounting, Billing Central, and Revenue Management capabilities
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce and FinancialForce platform and ecosystem
  • Develop, test and document declarative and custom development, integrations and data migration elements of a feature implementation
  • Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
  • Create and maintain both process and technical documentation for new and existing features, application configurations, and help related materials for users
  • Provide users with technical support and training on custom developed application features
  • Log and track identified application problems, and contribute to resolution as needed
  • Stay current with new Salesforce, FinancialForce and IT-related features and functionality, and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Provide high-level employee satisfaction for all engagements, including incidents and enhancements
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of years of proven experience implementing and supporting an organization larger than 250 employees in an application administration role using FinancialForce platform in Accounting and Billing modules
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform Developer 1 certification
  • Proven business domain knowledge in financial, accounting and/or tax application experience
  • Prior experience as a FinancialForce consultant is a plus
  • Experience at a technology reseller or professional services firm a plus
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with excellent oral and written communication skills
