How you will make an impact Providing key partners with project information and support to Sales, Credit and internal teams by organizing communication to maintain deliverable schedules Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical, and clerical support Utilizing online research tools to find information Handling the analysis of data, development of reports, proofreading and editing of documents Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete Assist the Credit Team with Preliminary Information and delivery to outside prelien organization Process legal waiver for customer base Train additional locations on current functions What we expect from you: Deep understanding of Administrative assistance command of data entry PMO experience desired 3 year of business/office experience or minimum Proficient with database and file management Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement demonstrated flexibility to adapt to change sin procedures proficiency with Microsoft office suite software Ability to multitask and communicate well with all office staff Builders FirstSource is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
