Reports To

Senior Manager, Interconnect Design


What You Will Be Doing

The ideal candidate is expected to:



  • Accept and complete work assignments on schedule with a high quality outcome.
  • Interact with engineers and ICD team on cable harness builds.
  • Good communication and engagement are essential.
  • Demonstrate general technical knowledge in cable harness manufacturing and associated processes.
  • Able to utilize basic manufacturing tools to assemble cable harnesses.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team and take constructive feedback.
  • Has a proactive attitude with initiative and the ability to take direction and work independently
  • Adhere to established standards, be diligent in detail, and balance quality of work and efficiency.
  • Ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Work around high power and high current systems. Must understand and adhere to basic safety requirements for projects.
  • Identify issues, escalate them to the appropriate channels, and implement solutions.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years related to Cable and Harness manufacturing experience
  • Basic understanding of cable and harness manufacturing process and standards


Preferred

  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and materials
  • Prototype and production experience in a high-volume cable and harness shop
  • Ability to read, and understand complex electrical harness wire drawings and schematics
  • IPC620 or similar certification


Location

Campbell, CA

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $50,000 to $106,250. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
