North American Senior UX Design Manager

• Work closely with product managers, developers, design team members and customers to translate business requirements into intuitive interface solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build user centered, enterprise and consumer products.
• Develop process flows, wire frames and mockups with accompanying interaction specs.
• Work with cross disciplinary teams to ensure stakeholders understand user needs and how they translate into design requirements.
• Develop and present focused and persuasive presentations to convey design solutions to team members and product leadership.
• Proven experience in developing sound information architecture, navigation, and understanding of internationalization.
• Understanding of designing for WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and examples of how designs were enhanced to comply with WCAG standards.
• Experience working with and supporting a living design system.
• Experience applying user research and participating in methods such as customer validation, usability testing sessions, etc.

• 5+ years experience in user interface and interaction design in both consumer, mobile and enterprise applications.
• BA/BS or MA/MS Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors or related field of study.
• Proven track record in working with cross functional teams to develop, test, and ship a product.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, brainstorming and presentation skills.
• Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders from business, marketing and engineering teams.
• Ability to strike a balance between tactical short-term solutions and long-term strategy.
• Desire to contribute to building a collaborative, dynamic and authentic team.

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $70,000 to $163,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
