Job Summary: The Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) identifies, assesses, triages and provides treatment for consumers with behavioral health and/or co-occurring medical conditions. Provides an array of appropriate, person-centered, evidence-based, best practice therapeutic interventions to consumers, which may include, but are not limited to: skills training delivered through psycho-education and patient education strategies. Interventions may also be provided in individual or group settings, and in delivering crisis services with linkages to crisis resources as needed.

This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and may require the completion of a language competency test. On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

Preferred:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

Experience:

  • Bilingual in Spanish

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Hours: Full-time; Flexible workdays/hours.

Position is eligible for differential pay.

  • Second Shift: $3.25
  • Third Shift: $4.25
  • Weekend Shift: $5.00

Salary: $62,306 - $79,433 annually, depending on licensed experience. Plus an additional 10% crisis service stipend.
