Job Summary The Senior Project Manager, Technology Delivery Office is responsible for stewarding critical enterprise investments and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to assigned Technology Services projects.The position is part of a high-performance team with aggressive project delivery metrics on budget, customer satisfaction and defect rates to production. Team members provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly evolving business model. They work to achieve broadly communicated objectives with minimal supervision. Team members constantly balance the drive for uninterrupted business growth with necessary processes and procedures. Job Description Key Accountabilities *
Leads cross-functional meetings and fosters teamwork, drives escalation and resolution of issues.

Manages all aspects of a given project, from requirements gathering to implementation.

Ensures that the scope of projects is aligned with business priorities.

Manages approval of and sets expectations for project budget variance, project schedule and scope change requests.

Addresses escalated issues (cost, staffing, scope, schedule) and seeks appropriate assistance from management team as appropriate.

Proactively sets expectations and helps project team members manage expectations around delivery and requirements, yielding consistent results Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements *
Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple areas.

Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
