This is a very critical role in ServiceMax, serving as a ServiceMax product expert to the complex enterprise customers. What You Will Do:
- Become a highly recognized ServiceMax product expert
- Working with customers on the ServiceMax product related issues/requirements
- Understand the overall ecosystem and work on resolution
- Understanding the Product Features (both GA and RA)
- Analyze and Debug any managed package/applications in SFDC
- Troubleshooting any production critical issue
- Work with Product management team as SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Interacting with Product and Engineering (Architects and Development) teams to understand the new developments and providing inputs for product enhancements
- Analyze end-user requirements and incorporate those needs into the client's configuration and handle customization
- Willingness to travel to customer locations worldwide on an as-needed basis
- Identification and pro-active management of risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution
- Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners
- Build relationships with business partners, internal and external, and contributing to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single customer engagement
What You Bring to ServiceMax:
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or EE or related field or equivalent experience
- 10 + years Information Technology experience, with at least 6+ years in SFDC
- Strong understanding of the business scenarios
- Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management
- Good in development skills using APEX and VF Page
- Exposure to SFDC cloud computing platform is a must
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.

- Hands on technical experience with Salesforce.com implementation
- Ability to work in a globally distributed team environment, liaising with on-site teams and customers
