Essential Job Functions:

Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Combine your expertise and artistry along to design customized services that meet the individual needs of each client.
• Build relationships with members and guests to help them pursue their total body care goals.
• Deliver an amazing, safe, and therapeutic experience with every service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma and six (6) months guest service experience required.

• Must hold a valid Florida state and national certification for massage therapy, must also be insured.
• Must have efficient practice of Swedish, deep tissue, hot rock, reflexology, and aromatherapy massages as well as body treatments.
• Must have strong coping and communication skills capable of professional decision making and effective problem solving while attending to our guests and fellow employees.
• A minimum of five years' experience in a luxury spa setting is required. Ability to respond to guests needs while always maintaining a professional scope of practice.
• A positive and energetic personality with a desire to succeed in the spa industry.
• Must possess exceptional guest service skills.
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
