Concur Expense Administrator (Hybrid)

Concur Expense Administrator (Hybrid/ Remote)

The Concur Expense Administrator is responsible for the global enterprise-wide expense reporting system (SAP Concur), including system deployment, ongoing system maintenance and management of the day-to-day operations.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Serve as the central administrator of the Concur Travel & Expense system, responsible for the unique configurations of each business unit.

  • Manage the day-to-day global shared service expense reporting operations ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services that are in compliance with applicable company policies and governmental requirements. Troubleshoot issues as required, escalating to Concur Support when appropriate.

  • Maintain and evolve the library of audit rules in Concur, used to manage, and automate enforcement of the company's travel and expense policy.

  • Administer Concur Expense (T&E) Module including daily processing and auditing of expense reports to ensure compliance. Uphold corporate policies as it relates to travel and expense reimbursement.

  • Develop expertise in using Concur's reporting tools to disseminate summary information to company's senior leadership team, including reports showing travel trends and policy compliance.

  • Assist in trainings and preparation of training materials as it relates to the Concur system.

  • Support user questions on Concur expense report processes and policies.

  • Support and guide local Concur administrators at the business units.

  • Lead process to update Concur system as required (per diem, personal car mileage, etc.)

  • Manage the Concur Expense Pay Funding process (update payment schedule dates, update treasury spreadsheet).

  • Assist with team members US Bank/Concur reconciliations, identifying US Bank credit refunds (if it belongs to team member or company).

  • File final expense report for separated team members.

  • Support and assist with integration and general ledgers errors with General Accounting and Digital Technology team.

  • Maintain the Concur SharePoint site.

  • Recommend continuous improvement ideas and assist in implementation as required.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

  • 4+ years travel and expense reporting experience

  • Working knowledge of Concur, ideally in a Shared Services environment

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail

  • Self-starter who requires minimal management oversight
