We are currently seeking a Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team McLean, VA

We are currently seeking a Cloud Architect to join our team in Falls Church, VA.

In the role of Cloud Architect, you will be required to design and build the cloud computing architecture, translating project-specific needs into a cloud structure that covers all requirements with appropriate weight given to relevant security requirements. You will carry out deployment and integration of application in the designed cloud environment, understanding needs of both the business and the client to implement cloud strategies those meet the needs.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Tasks:

• Create and review architecture and solution design artifacts
• Provides guidance on software methodologies, standards and best practices
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in developing enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business strategy.
• Guides development team and reviews their deliverables for quality product
• Ability to recommend solution to internal/external stakeholders clearly articulating the pros and cons of various solutions
• Hands on experience migrating on-premises applications into cloud environments
• Proactively communicate the Program/project managers by Identifying, mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, assumptions throughout full lifecycle
• Demonstrates strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and operate at various levels of abstraction
• Strong technical architecture skills, enabling workable/realistic solutions
• Commendable interpersonal skills and organizational skills that are required to operate as a leading member of global, distributed teams that deliver quality services
• Ability to rapidly gain knowledge of the organizational structure of the firm to facilitate work with groups outside of the immediate technical team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education and work experience
• Experience with infrastructure installation, maintenance and troubleshooting in an Azure/AWS Cloud Environment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and migrating large infrastructures from physical to virtual environments.
