We are currently seeking a Salesforce - Vlocity Industries Solution Architect - US Remote Position.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect - Healthcare you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division created within one of the largest technology providers in the world. Our Salesforce Industries Architects are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Salesforce Industries Architects provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Identify and Align customer's business requirements to the native Vlocity functionality and to construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution
• Build collaborative relationships with the business stakeholders sharing a commitment to their success
• Collaborate with Developers, typically in Agile scrum teams, helping them convert the business requirements into technical activities and verifying that their deliverables meet the acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Salesforce Industries Leader and the Digital Advisor from healthcare to develop POC's, POV's and accelerators for the healthcare industry.
• Enhance and build development plans using a knowledge of core business processes within the healthcare industry and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce.
• 3 + years experience in Vlocity/Salesforce Industries.
• 3+ years experience - Omnistudio (Integration Procedures, Flexcards, omniscripts) 2 of those years' being within the healthcare Industry
• 5 years + years experience of working with deployment teams, using Agile development techniques
• 3+ years experience in Vlocity Platform Development.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications
• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Strong Preference for Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
• Sales Cloud Certification
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and understanding of software development process

• Analytical. You like to dissect complex processes and can help forge a path based on your findings.
• Strong work ethic. You are a team player and lead by example.

Location:

• Remote with minimum client travel expected (under normal operating conditions post-COVID)
