The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Project Leader will work closely with the GEM (Global Enterprise & Mobility) development and product teams to help implement SAFe (Scaled Agile) PI (program increment) Planning. In this role you will help other GEM team members conduct PI planning ceremonies throughout the PI Cycle. In this role you will also be a key part of the team to form Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in support of GEM connectivity solutions. In this exciting and dynamic role, you will report into GEM through the Segment Delivery and Operations team while working collaboratively with teams inside and outside of GEM to plan and deliver systems that bring the internet to life across satellites to businesses, airplanes, boats, and more. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate the PI planning events including pre-planning, establish calendars, conduct events including PI retrospective and PI sessions. Work with Product Management and Product Development to summarize PI objectives and publish for visibility to all teams associated with PI Planning. Track the execution of features and report progress using Jira, Miro, Wiki and other tools. Coach participants on PI, GEM business and development processes. Encourage collaboration between teams inside and outside of GEM for PI dependencies. Assist Product Development teams with establishing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development practices including quality and performance metrics for the PI. Create artifacts on PI schedules and deliverables, present to key stakeholders on a regular basis. Requirements:

Employee At Viasat, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience. For United States-based jobs only: The pay range for this position is $117450 to
$193600
annually; however, base pay may vary within this range depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
