Overview Who We Are Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing We are looking for a Director, Data Analytics to oversee our growing team of data experts. The successful incumbent will be responsible for training and mentoring staff to execute protocols and best practices to ensure accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and reporting. You will oversee data analytics initiatives for projects that serve our utility, state, city, and federal clients. You will apply your deep knowledge of data analytics to help our employees and clients solve real-world problems, working across multiple projects, teams, and business units. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving forward data-driven products and solutions. You are an excellent communicator, love coaching team members, and are well-versed in project management best practices (e.g., agile, waterfall). You will work with the business unit Vice Presidents and our Vice President of Data Analytics to ensure replicability and scalability of our data solutions. You will enable deployment of data analytics solutions across the full sales to delivery lifecycle, from business development to project execution. Your work will ultimately accelerate Cadmus' ability to deliver decarbonization, clean energy, and resiliency solutions to clients across North America. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with senior management and data analytics experts at Cadmus to provide the following: Project execution
Serve as technical lead for cross-disciplinary projects using advanced data modeling and analytical techniques to discover insights and optimize results for our clients.
Deploy data analytics protocols
