This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Towne Centre Drive and remote. Special Selection Applicants: Apply by 01/03/23. The IAM Integration Engineer is responsible for supporting and collaborating in the decision making with the development and execution of the organizational Identity Access Management (IAM) project as it relates to Health Sciences (HS). Responsible for identifying/ interpreting the needs of HS by gathering comprehensive data of our access systems and creating an efficient and robust business plan. Monitor and ensures that the HS workflows and process objectives are being met. Leads the development of the long-term strategy including organic growth, and advancement of the IAM for HS. Identifies potential alliances and acquisitions that will support strategic growth initiatives between our campus colleagues and HS. Responsible for adherence to organizational policies, procedures and practices. The IAM Integration Engineer uses broad knowledge of system and software concepts, best practices, and principles as well as broad knowledge of available systems and software options from across the industry with the objective of integrating components, teams, constraints, and schedules to achieve high level system objectives. Performs system and subsystem integration, technical risk assessments, technical planning, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses of total systems throughout the system lifecycle. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $78,900 - $179,900 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $37.79 - $86.16 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
