Change Management Senior Consultant

This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States.

Position Overview:

Change Management at ATG blends research-proven methodologies, practitioners' experience and nuanced business needs that lead to the creation of structured approaches, enabling people to adopt and adapt to new ways of working.

Our Change Management team creates strategies and plans in partnership with our clients, enabling them to lead their teams through transformational change. We create engagement and communication strategies to drive awareness and build desire to move to new ways of working, design learning strategies to build knowledge and ensure ability to adopt the new ways of working.

You will primarily spend time on client-facing projects, helping educate clients on Change Management methodologies while delivering tangible, stakeholder-centric plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Quickly build an understanding of the client's business, situation, and desired outcome(s). Collaborate with the ATG Advisory team and clients to design and sell successful change consulting engagements, present client proposals, and represent Change Management in the sales process.
  • Lead the development of project-level Change Management strategies and the delivery of change management activities such as: impact assessments, communication plans, learning plans and training materials, talent and capability plans, and measurement plans for adoption.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and timely completion / sign-off in line with the client expectations.
  • Act as a coach for the client supporting executive sponsors, senior leadership, and project teams throughout the change cycle.
  • Identify pull-through sales opportunities for Change Management advisory, workstreams and implementations services on major transformation accounts.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and innovative approaches to solving client challenges as it relates to the Change Management and Advisory practice.
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of our change frameworks and tools and drive integration with other practices to deliver seamless client transformation programs.
  • Manage personal utilization, forecasting and adjusting where appropriate to maximize commercial outcomes.


Key Experience:



  • 5-8 years of work in consulting, Change Management, and/or supporting transformation work across multiple functional teams
  • Experience leading multiple areas of Change Management in complex, global organizations across industries, such as stakeholder management, communications and engagement, training, benefits realization, change impact assessments
  • Curiosity for what drives a client's business and how individual stakeholders approach their roles
  • Well organized and structured in strategic thinking, project execution and workload prioritization
  • Ability to adapt style and build relationships with related functions, gain trust and support, encourage collaboration
  • Ability to anticipate obstacles, address challenges, offer solutions, identify resources, and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze ambiguous information and present effectively to all levels of leadership
  • Proven experience working on multiple Quote to Cash (Q2C) platforms (CPQ & Billing highly desired)


Education:

Degree-level education and/or relevant Change Management experience and certification (Prosci preferred)

Location and Travel:



  • Remote or Missoula, MT
  • Up to 50% of the time
