Job Description


Troubleshoots failed printed circuit board assemblies with the use of schematics, prints and drawings. Rework the failed board down to the component level. You will work with Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure these products are reworked in a timely manner for production needs. You will also need to do a thorough root cause correct action plan of the failed printed circuit board assemblies and share with to the production team. You will also work closely with the Process Engineering team and the Product Engineering team.

Work closely with the Process Engineers to assist in with preventive maintenance on our testers and may be involved in other test function needs. Will also be responsible for maintaining and assisting a safe work enviroment. Partcipate in and lead 5S activities and continous improvements daily for your work area. Work safely with a vareity of raw materials, adhesives and other common chemicals in circuit comcomponents assembly. Report reusults in a manner which represents root cause cause corrective action plan that Parker uses. Assist with maintianing documented procedures and training. Assis with trainning of other Assembly operators.

Associates Degree in a techincal or bussiness field of study or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Storng math and computer skills (MS Office). You must be profiecient in reworking through hole and SMT assemblies in accordance to IPC 610 standards. Soldering is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate and present status, actions and recommendations with clarity and precision.

This position is considered 1st hift. Standard hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, may be requested to work some overtime. Come be a part of a winning team.
