Full-Time/Regular Behavior Specialist Highlights:
Summary: The Behavior Specialist is responsible for conducting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for patients within Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs as detailed. Trains and works with the assigned therapist, clinical supervisor and/or clinical director to design and implement CBT specific behavioral interventions for those with Anxiety & Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders (OCD) Spectrum Disorders, Mood Disorders, Trauma Disorders, or other disorders treated at the facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in the behavioral health field. Master's level registered interns working toward licensure may be eligible to receive supervision hours from a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Psychologist while in this role.
