Principal ERP Business Analyst, Finance

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Principal ERP Business Analyst, Finance to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will function as IT's ERP technology liaison to our Finance business function at Quanterix. You will be assisting them with day-to-day administration of software tools, as well as helping to guide them in translating business processes into technical workflows and identifying new initiatives and applications to help improve their ability to provide exceptional service to the company.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and work with Finance on development of new and improved processes and capability needs, including building and documenting functional and technical requirements
• Provide strong working knowledge of functional and technical capabilities
• Take the lead on identifying and helping design and develop areas of the system that require modification - to industry best practice and business capability needs
• Coordinate and perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly maintenance tasks in the ERP primarily supporting our Finance Global function
• Troubleshoot issues faced by the user community and assist in timely and accurate resolution in the department's ticketing system
• Coordinate with team members to stay up to date with changes in the company and the system
• Follow the roadmap of the product and provide strategic input into the Quanterix ERP product roadmap
• Participate and support our SOX initiatives

What We'll Expect From You:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience maintaining and developing in an Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (SyteLine) system or similar
• Experience in maintaining an Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (SyteLine) instance or major ERP
• Experience with developing modifications for an Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (SyteLine) system or major ERP
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational, record keeping, and communication skills
• Comfortable in fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities between active troubleshooting and project work
• Professional attitude, enthusiastic and dependable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
• Highly motivated and ability to work independently
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Working knowledge of Salesforce would be ideal
