Work Description: This role will use analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and project management experience to help drive success in the Information Services Department. This role will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities including:

  • Analyzing data, developing reports and queries, and testing system improvements.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives, aligning processes with IT needs, and driving change throughout KUB.
  • Managing IT systems and balancing the needs of users while envisioning system advancements and growth.
  • Organizing and leading projects to achieve their goals, and prioritizing work to meet project deadlines.
