Work Description: Responsible for managing and overseeing KUB's operational service contracts across several areas, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, janitorial, landscaping, environmental and safety. This position works closely with KUB personnel and contractors in the planning, design, renovation, construction, alteration, operation, maintenance, and repair of KUB facilities and properties. The individual will evaluate service contracts and suggest changes as needed; inspect work to ensure completion is timely and performed to specifications; monitor data and systems daily to ensure the efficient operation of KUB facilities; manage construction and renovation projects; handle lease agreements and tenant improvement projects; communicate effectively with contractors and customers; participate in developing and managing Properties' O&M and capital projects budgets. Some weekend and off-hours work is required.
