Your Qualifications To be a good fit for the role of Automotive Collision Technician, you will have: 2+ years of automotive experience, including collision / body repair OEM certification (preferred) or interest in becoming certified General mechanical skills, manual dexterity and ability to operate power and hand tools, and other types of machinery Attention to detail; organization and follow-up skills Your own set of tools and welding equipment preferred Valid in-state drivers license, andacceptable, safe driving record Reached 18 years of age or older The Job At AutoNation, making vehicles look good as new again is what drives us.
