Position Description:

The Director role is expected to spend most of their time shaping and leading digital solutions for Life sciences. These solutions include business transformation, technology transformation and operating model transformations.

Project Delivery:



  • Work with clients to set strategy and goals, then prioritizing team's workflow
  • Provide project leadership and direction on one or more projects while maintaining a high-quality level of service. Ensure quality on all deliverables.
  • Work with clients and client partners to scope the work, develop proposal, and ensure client buy-in
  • Manage delivery dates, resourcing, and schedules.
  • Facilitate project execution by providing support in project-level issue resolution and management of scope.
  • Manage key client stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project. Orchestrate and lead steering committee meetings and other workshops.



Practice Development:



  • Contribute to business development through activities such as pre-sales client presentations, research, and writing proposal, RFP responses and SOWs.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities based on compelling business case and value delivery
  • Develop industry-leading service offerings in the RCM area
  • Work with internal teams (Client partners, marketing, and others) to take the service offerings to market, and ensure solution/market fit



Thought Leadership:



  • Participate in thought leadership development activities including conference participation, webinars, blogs and point of view papers, and analysts' presentations.
  • Stay current with regulations, trends and technologies influencing Life Sciences in general.
  • Position industry insights as they pertain to client needs and requirements.



Client Relationship Management:



  • Develop and manage client relationships on projects
  • Be a trusted advisory
  • Facilitate complex meetings, presentations, and workshops to build client commitment for the change.



Others:



  • Minimum 12 years' experience in management consulting with a management and/or technology consulting firm focusing on Life Sciences industry.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in Life sciences industry in a consulting or industry practitioner role.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience working in an on/offshore model.
  • Help build, lead, and develop team of onshore/offshore consultants.



Preferred Requirements




  • An undergraduate or master's degree
