Mission

Plant Loader Operator position will be mainly responsible for keeping all feed bins stocked so that the plant operator can manufacture the hot mix asphalt to mix design specs. Will be responsible for organization and movement of all onsite materials. Clean up as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in all safety related activities.
  • Communicate all plant issues to management.
  • Organization and movement of all materials.
  • Daily maintenance of plant equipment including loader.
  • Operate equipment such as front-end loader, skid steer and other mobile equipment in a safe manner according to safety policy.
Education
  • High School or Vocational School graduate
Skills
  • Some experience with heavy equipment and or asphalt plants.
  • Good mechanical aptitude when it comes to repairing / fabricating equipment.
  • Highly motivated and Self Starter.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Able to perform all physical requirements of the position.
  • Must be able to work varying shifts and long hours dependent on market demands.
  • MSHA certification a plus.
