IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care facilities. It also provides select services for the Behavioral Health division of UHS. Through continuing growth, IPM operates in 12 markets across six states and the District of Columbia. Our leadership team, practitioners, and teams of healthcare professionals are collectively dedicated to improving the health and wellness of people in the communities we serve. Position Summary: The Manager, Human Resources provides on-going Human Resources guidance and direction to the IPM Market. Collaborates with IPM HR Director on strategic HR plans and initiatives. Provides support to the leadership team and staff concerning all areas of human resources, including performance management, employee relations, recruitment and retention, salary and wage administration, collaborate with Loss Control on Workers' Compensation, FMLA and leave management, unemployment administration, payroll administration, orientation, and onboarding. Ensures required trainings are being completed in a timely manner. Identifies developmental training as appropriate for specific roles.
