Precision Operator - Porous Coating

Job Description:

Utilizes a developing to full understanding of manufacturing principles including machine operation and interfaces and moderate high precision skills to perform activities and processes involved in the production of tight or high tolerance components in accordance to established specifications.

Utilizes various powered and non-powered tools, equipment, measuring devices and small machinery for profiling, measuring, calibrating, cutting, milling, grinding, beveling, blocking, painting, dying, coating, polishing, buffing, etching, edging, welding, cleaning and/or testing.

Works from verbal instructions, blueprints, specifications and diagrams. Cleans up of all grinding and filing and all related burr removal for precision machined components. Checks and inspects work with precision instruments. Performs repair and maintenance of equipment. Promptly and accurately completes all required record keeping. Keeps surrounding area clean, safe and organized.
