JOB SUMMARY:

TheAdvanced CapabilitiesEngineering Intern will prove support for theAdvanced CapabilitiesEngineering team. This role will work on a variety of key projects and initiatives ranging from simple tasks to more complex analytical projects.

Advanced Concepts Internship Job Description:

  • Develop conceptual system / sub system / component design for advanced applications using vision, AI, and a multitude of sensors. CREO, MS Visio, and other tools may be used to represent concept design
  • Participate in concept selection design reviews and prepare supporting documents
  • Willing to learn and write software applications using visual programming tools, such as Parker IQAN
  • Willing to learn and write programs using Arduino, Teensy, or similar embedded boards
  • Ability to read and write codes written in C, C++, or Python language
  • Assist in building prototypes using in-house or external resources and hands-on techniques
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Read and write technical reports, and prepare technical presentations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong academic record, GPA 3.0.
  • Undergraduate degree student majoring in Engineering.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of various degrees of information.
